Enjoying the snow

This Mama really doesn't enjoy the cold weather.  But I am trying to see the beauty in the winter time this season.  Partly because I get to see it through Darwin's eyes now and partly because it's possible we might be moving away from the snowy weather.  Steve and Darwin (and Philly) went out this morning to shovel and play so I made sure I got some pictures.

After a while of marching through the snow and walking through the woods Darwin ended up on the porch tossing handfuls of dirt out of my planters on either side of the front door and Philly was standing in the "splash zone" I guess.  They both had dirt all over them.  Oh, and during that walk in the woods Steve said he also caught Philly rolling in some deer poop (we have quite the classy lady here). Steve tossed both kids in the front door after that for me to clean up!  And by tossed of course I mean in the most loving way possible.
